Ethiopia Lulit Natural Anaerobic
ETHIOPIA LULIT
Process: Natural Anaerobic
Tasting Notes: Passion Fruit • Peach • Pineapple • Brown Sugar
THE STORY
Lulit is a vibrant Ethiopian coffee with a sweet and tropical character. The coffee cherries undergo a Natural Anaerobicprocess, where whole cherries are fermented in a sealed, oxygen-limited environment before being naturally dried.
This process helps enhance the coffee’s natural sweetness and intensify its fruit-forward character. In the cup, expect bright passion fruit and pineapple, followed by the soft sweetness of peach, and a rich brown sugar finish.
A tropical, juicy, and beautifully sweet Ethiopian coffee — Lulit is full of character from the first sip to the last.
