This Colombian coffee is washed processed, resulting in a clean and well-balanced cup with excellent clarity and sweetness. The coffee has achieved a score of 83.5 and features tasting notes of grapefruit, sugarcane, and caramel, complemented by a smooth body and gentle acidity that make it exceptionally suitable for both espresso and V60 brewing methods.
